Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

The short version:

  • We collect what you send us (like your email) and basic device and usage data.
  • We and partners such as Google use cookies for analytics, ads, and affiliate tracking. Where the law requires it, we ask first.
  • We never sell your data for money. You can opt out of personalized ads and exercise your GDPR or CCPA rights at any time.

This Privacy Policy explains how [Legal entity name] (“Affilora,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit jinglestudio.io (the “Site”), read our content, subscribe to updates, or apply to our network.

1. Who We Are

The Site is operated by [Legal entity name], [Registered business address]. We are the “controller” of your personal data under the EU and UK GDPR and a “business” under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA (“CCPA”), where those laws apply. Google acts as an independent controller for data it collects through its advertising cookies.

[If you have no EU/UK establishment and must appoint one: “Our EU representative is [NAME, ADDRESS]. Our UK representative is [NAME, ADDRESS].” Otherwise delete this paragraph.]

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details: name and email when you use our contact form, subscribe, or email us.
  • Network application data: name, business name, website, and payout details if you apply to the Affilora network.
  • Communications: the content of messages you send us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and time of visit.
  • Approximate location: city or region, derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Cookie and identifier data: collected by us and our partners through cookies and similar technologies (Sections 4–7).

3. How We Use Information

  • To run, secure, and improve the Site and our content;
  • To reply to messages and process network applications;
  • To send newsletters you request (you can unsubscribe at any time);
  • To show advertising, including personalized ads where you consent or the law allows;
  • To measure traffic and attribute affiliate referrals;
  • To detect fraud, invalid ad traffic, and abuse; and
  • To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies, for example to remember your privacy choices. These are always on.
  • Analytics cookies to understand how the Site is used.
  • Advertising cookies, set by Google and other vendors, to serve, limit, and measure ads and, with permission, personalize them.
  • Affiliate cookies, set by partners when you click an affiliate link, so they can credit the referral.

Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are asked for consent through a Google-certified consent banner before any non-essential cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time:

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.

5. Google AdSense and Third-Party Advertising

We use Google AdSense, provided by Google LLC, to display ads.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • Other ad vendors or networks may also serve ads and use cookies on the Site. [List them, or delete this bullet.]

Opting out of personalized ads:

After you opt out you’ll still see ads, but they won’t be based on your interests. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and engagement. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland it runs in Google Consent Mode, so analytics cookies are only used if you accept them. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

7. Affiliate Links

Some links are affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure). When you click one, the partner may set its own cookies to track the referral. The partner’s privacy policy governs what it does with that data.

8. How We Share Information

  • Service providers (hosting, email, analytics) who process data for us under contract;
  • Advertising partners, including Google, as described in Section 5;
  • Affiliate partners, only as needed to attribute referrals;
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and
  • A buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell personal information for money.

9. Your Rights: EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR)

Legal bases: We process your data based on your consent (non-essential cookies, personalized ads, newsletters), our legitimate interests (running, securing, and improving the Site), contract (network membership), and legal obligation.

Your rights: You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests or used for direct marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time; this doesn’t affect processing that already happened.

We respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, or in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.

  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information and of targeted advertising;

11. Retention and Security

We keep data only as long as needed. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Network records are kept for the life of your account plus the period required for tax purposes, usually 7 years. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Google’s own retention is described in its privacy policy. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.

12. International Transfers

We and our providers, including Google, may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

The Site is for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
