Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Plain-language disclosure: Affilora earns money when you click some links on this website and then sign up, request a quote, or buy something. We also earn money from ads. This is usually at no extra cost to you, and it never changes our commitment to honest, useful content. If a link might earn us money, you should assume it does.

This disclosure is provided by [Legal entity name] (“Affilora,” “we,” “us”), operator of jinglestudio.io, in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255) and similar rules in other countries.

1. What Is an Affiliate Link?

An affiliate link is a special tracked link to a partner’s website. If you click one and take a qualifying action, the partner pays us a commission. Qualifying actions include:

  • Submitting a lead, such as requesting an insurance quote or a moving estimate (cost per lead);
  • Making a purchase or signing up for a paid service (cost per acquisition); or
  • Staying subscribed to a service, which can pay us a recurring share every month.

Affiliate links are tagged with rel="sponsored" in our code. Most commissions don’t affect the price you pay. If a partner ever charges more for traffic from affiliate links, we’ll say so next to the link.

2. Our Own Affiliate Network

Affilora also operates an affiliate network that connects real estate professionals and marketing affiliates with partner programs. This means:

  • We may have a business relationship with brands whose programs we write about, because they’re partners in our network;
  • We earn money when you join the Affilora network or when network members generate activity; and
  • Articles that recommend joining Affilora are promoting our own service.

Whenever we review or compare programs, we’ll say if a program belongs to the Affilora network.

3. How We Disclose on Each Page

  • Posts that contain affiliate links include a short notice before the first affiliate link, for example: “This post contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.”
  • Sponsored or paid content is clearly labeled “Sponsored” at the top.
  • On social media, partner content is tagged #ad or with the platform’s paid-partnership label.
  • This page is linked from the footer of every page.

4. Our Editorial Standards

  • We recommend what we believe is useful. Commission rates don’t decide our rankings or opinions, and we may recommend options that pay us nothing.
  • No fake reviews. We don’t write, buy, or publish fake reviews or testimonials. Any testimonial we publish reflects a real experience, and we disclose any connection between us and the person giving it.
  • Accuracy. Terms, prices, and payouts change. Always check the details on the partner’s site before you decide.

5. Real Estate and Financial Programs

Some of our content covers mortgage, insurance, and other services related to real estate transactions. These are regulated industries. In the U.S., Section 8 of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) restricts paying or accepting fees for referrals of settlement services, and many states limit how unlicensed people can be paid for insurance referrals. We aim to structure our own compensation in line with these rules. If you are a licensed agent or broker, check with your managing broker and a qualified attorney before you join or promote any program.

6. Advertising

Separately from affiliate links, the Site shows ads served by Google AdSense and possibly other ad networks. Ads are labeled “Advertisements.” We don’t choose individual ads, and an ad appearing on the Site is not our endorsement. To learn how ad cookies work and how to opt out of personalized ads, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Program-Specific Statements

Some programs require specific wording. [If you join Amazon Associates, keep: “As an Amazon Associate, Affilora earns from qualifying purchases.” Otherwise delete this section.]

8. Questions
