Does Affilora sell property directly?
No. Affilora is a technology platform and partnership marketplace. All property contracts, sales, and deed executions occur directly between developers and buyers.
For Affiliates & Agents
How do I earn commissions?
When you register for a developer’s commission offer, you receive unique tracking links and lead registration access. When your referred buyer completes a qualifying event (such as a qualified lead, confirmed booking, or completed sale), your commission is recorded on the ledger.
When and how are payouts processed?
Approved commissions are paid via direct bank transfer upon request once the minimum threshold is met.
For Developers
Can I change commission rates on existing leads?
No. Commission rates are version-locked to the terms active when the lead was attributed. Updated terms apply only to future referrals.
How are duplicate leads handled?
Our system detects duplicate phone numbers and emails per project, enforcing the published attribution window (e.g. 90-day first-touch policy).
